in the end, it's just the num lock button! well well, one idiot told me that its youtube virus and thus my keyboard siao. and claimed to be a com pro sio. ask me go IT helpdesk early in the morning to fix it. HUR.
and all thanks to an IT expert who saved my life by teaching me to press the num lock button. if not, i really cant imagine eunice going to the IT helpdesk and ask the person to help me press a button and everything's settled.
