white bait & kale.
attended the dining workshop which costed me $55. hurhur, learnt and dined at white bait and kale.

and the lesson started. she is Ms/ Mrs AMY. humorous and interesting.
learnt how to use knife, spoon and the strange culteries on the table.
know how to eat bread gracefully, peel prawn in 3 steps without using hands, eat peas carrots using knife and fork, drink wine the right way blah blah blah.
amused by the prawn peeling! wooots. :D

onions, capsicum, raw/ boiled salmon. ohh my, sucks. i ate only like 1/5 of it? HHAHAS.
Lobster Bisque.
the anticipated lobster came out to be soup. hurhur. and it is supppeeerrr saltttyy.
passionfruit sorbet. probably taste the nicest out of all the courses. LOLs.

both are the main courses. choose 1. and i got fillet. i like it! :)
the green green ting is actually mint pea puree. cool right.
Chocolate savarin. not bad la. too sweet for some, just nice for me. :)
i ate my serving, and half of celestia's.
white and red wine served during the dinner.
i drank the glass of white wine and few sips of red wine. WAHAHS.

went town after tat with almost everyone. except for some who cant make it and some left early.
